If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-Day Free Return Policy for all orders delivered within Italy and the EU.
✔ 14-Day Free Returns (Italy & EU)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a free return.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free from stains, odors, scratches, or damage
If an item is not returned in its original condition, we may be unable to offer a full refund.
✔ Free Return Shipping
We provide free return labels for all eligible returns.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label by email.
Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the indicated courier location.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refund method:
- The refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you can request this during your return.
Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.
Exchanges are free, subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, or policy reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
