Return and Refund Policy
You have 30 days from receiving the item to request a free return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive a free return label and return instructions.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Changes
The best way to receive a different item is to return the item you received and, after the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.
Damages and Problems
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and find a quick solution.
Withdrawal Period (European Union)
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the items, without having to provide a reason (pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know the outcome. If approved, you'll receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method.
