Stile Donna Bags is an online retailer specializing in women's bags, accessories, and jewelry. We operate in compliance with applicable Italian and European e-commerce regulations.

We strive to provide accurate and complete descriptions of all products on our site. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, prices, or other content are error-free. In case of inaccuracies, we reserve the right to correct the information and, if necessary, cancel or refuse the order.

Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on the screen due to monitor settings.

All materials are clearly indicated in the product descriptions: eco-leather, PU leather, natural leather, fabric, etc. We are committed to full transparency about the characteristics of the materials used.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Other methods available at checkout

All payments are securely processed through the Shopify Payments platform, which uses SSL encryption technology. We do not store payment card data.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. The order is considered accepted and the contract concluded at the moment we send the order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

• Product not available or out of stock
• Errors in price or product description
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Payment issues

In case of cancellation, we will fully refund the amount paid within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We process orders within 1 business day from payment confirmation. We ship to Italy and all European countries.

• Italy: Free express shipping — estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
• Europe: Standard shipping €17 — free for orders over €150 — estimated delivery in 3–4 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to causes beyond our control (strikes, weather events, holidays, force majeure). For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

We also offer an extended return policy of 30 days from the receipt of the item. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

8. Refunds

Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Actual credit times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment institution.

9. Legal Warranty

All products sold on Stile Donna Bags are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity, as provided by European law (Directive 1999/44/EC and subsequent amendments). In case of a defective or non-compliant product, contact us within the legal terms at contact@stiledonnabags.com.
