1. How long does shipping take?
- Orders in Italy: processed within 0-1 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery is via express courier in 1-3 working days from shipment.
- Orders in Europe: processed within 0-1 working days from payment confirmation. Delivery is via express courier in 4-7 working days from the date of shipment.
- Times may vary slightly depending on the destination location and any causes of force majeure.
2. Do you ship outside of Italy?
We ship to Italy and selected countries within the European Union. Currently, we do not ship outside of Europe at the moment.
3. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition. For full details, please visit our Returns Policy page or contact us.
4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
